Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients with proven colorectal malignancy undergoing treatment in the department of surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving gastric anti-secretory medications and NSAIDs on long-term basis. 2. H/o previous gastro duodenal surgery. 3. H/o Zollinger Ellison syndrome
