Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Average step counts should be less than 7500 steps/day. 2. Should and must be regular and fulltime college going students. 3. Participants with an only Android software-based smartphone with the accelerometer. 4. Age group between 18-25 years. 5. Participants with VO2max below of 30 ml/kg/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any musculoskeletal trauma within 2 weeks hindering from adequate participation in physical activity 2. Any known congenital cardiopulmonary disorders.
