Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients suffering from janu sandhigatavata(osteoarthritis of knee joint) 2)patients betweeb the age group 35-70 years of both sex 3)relapse cases after previous agnikarma of knee joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 35 years and above 70 years 2. Patients of Diabetes mellitus, R.A (Rheumatoid Arthritis) positive, Gross Knee Joint Effusion 3. Other Diseases like Paralysis, Parkinsonââ?¬•s disease, severe Anemia, and Malignancy. 4. Pregnant and Lactating females 5. Known cases of secondary O.A. due to T.B., Syphilis, AIDS, Leprosy etc.
