Intervention1: roupyadi bhasma: 202.5mg BD for 3 days i.e. 5th, 6th and 7th day of the menstrual cycle, with honey, administered orally, for one menstrual cycle Control Intervention1: nil: nil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 20- 40 years. 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of: i. Primary/ secondary infertility. ii. Regular/ irregular menstrual history. 3. Sonologically diagnosed cases of: i. Endometrial thickness > 11mm. ii. Endometrial thickness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endocrinal disorders. 2. Venereal diseases. 3. Any other conditions of the endometrium causing infertility.
