Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Undergoing lower limb surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Anatomically distorted spine. Spine surgery. Surgery extending beyond 3 hrs. Patients with perioperative complications.
