Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA I & II 2 Elective laproscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ASA III & IV 2 Patients with Airway diseases & Upper respiratory infection 3 Previous surgeries involving airway, head & neck 4 More than one attempt in traumatic intubation 5 Duration of surgery more than 2 hours

Cuff pressure changes in head up & head down positionTimepoint: After intubation every 5 minutes for first hour then every 15 minutes until completion of surgery
