Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy subjects who had not received periodontal treatment for at least 6 months prior to sampling, subjects aged 14yrs to 55yrs, subjects compliant with terms of study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, lactating mothers, smokers and subjects on antibiotics and analgesics within three months prior to study
