Health Condition 1: null- patient within age group 20-70years having single tracked low anal fistula

Intervention1: Apamarga kshara: Apamarga kshara (in the ratio of 1:1 of kshar and kshara jala) prepared in pharmacy attached to PIA as per sushruta samhita will be taken and as per the length of fist

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Low anal fistula 2 single track

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 HIV,HbsAg,VDRL Positive patients 2 Uncontrolled systemic dideases like DM 3 Secondry fistula arising due to chronic diseases.

Healing of Low anal fistula track with reduction in PainTimepoint: Outcome will be assessed once in a week upto healing of fistula track, maximum upto 10 weeks
