Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Health care professionals who provide direct care to the Orthopedic surgery patients 2. Health care professionals who are available and consenting for data collection 3. Patients admitted for any major Orthopedic surgery (both acute and elective) Patients of 18 years and above will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other surgical interventions, on mechanical ventilator, on immune-suppression therapy will be excluded
