Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with mild to moderate COPD, admitted in the wards. 2 Age 40 years and above 3 Both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The COPD patients those who are, 1. in acute exacerbation 2. with severe dyspnea. 3. mentally ill and who have participated in any pulmonary rehabilitation program for the past 6 months.
