Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I /II 2.undergo single level lumbar laminectomy under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.body mass index >= 30 kg/m2 2.ASA >= III 3.history of previous lumbar spinal surgery 4.prior neurological deficits 5.prior neuromuscular disease or psychological disease 6.history of preoperative opioid use or any history of substance abuse or on steroids 7.history of allergic reactions to local anesthetics
