Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult (18 to75) ASA 2 to ASA4 patients Scheduled for elective cardiac surgery under gernal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency status Patients with ejection fraction less than 45% Patients with contraindication of trans oesophageal echocardiography probe like History of oesophageal disease History of upper gastrointestinal bleeding previous surgery for gastric or oesophageal disease
