Inclusion criteria: Attendants of babies admitted in Neonatal intensive care unit available at any one point were interviewed to assess their satisfaction level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Attendants of babies admitted in NICU, available at any one point were interviewed, no specific inclusion and exclusion criteria was followed
