Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Person having mild to moderate depressive symptoms Persons willing to participate in the study Person who can understand Kannada and English Ability to provide informed consent. Ability to participate in ACT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Symptoms due to general medical conditions (post-partum depression hypothyroidism, infection, ) Documented diagnosis of mental retardation. Persons with psychotic symptoms. Person with anxiety or other comorbid disorders.
