Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hamstring tightness of 20 degrees(inability to achieve greater than 160 degrees of knee extension with hip at 90 degrees of flexion) and also inability to reach 70 degrees hip flexion in a Straight Leg Raise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractures of Lower Limb Any soft Tissue Injuriesof lower limb With lower leg injury or surgical procedures in the previous 12 months
