Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy elite field hockey players Age between 19-25 years None of the subjects had ever taken part in any previous 3D-MOT training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower extremity injuries Vestibular problems Visual problems Concussion within 12 weeks prior to the study
