Intervention1: Therapeutic listening: Apricot jamz 15 minutes twice a day gap of 3 hours . Control Intervention1: Conventional physiotherapy: chest physiotherapy passive ROM stretching positioning

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Hemodynamic stable. 2 Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) 3 Cause both traumatic non traumatic. 4 age >18 both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History implanted pacemakers or defibrillators, Uncontrolled seizures. Locked in syndrome. Presence of brain stem injury. No Sedation within the prior 24hours. Hearing impairment and any hearing disorder. Pregnancy, Alcohol/drug intoxication. Skull fractures, bleeding and surgery in the temporal area. Increased Intracranial Pressure.
