Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to give written informed consent Known cases of Type 2 DM diagnosed and on OADs Not included in other studies Type 2 DM with Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia and Coronary Artery Disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ï?· Gestational diabetes ï?· Any psychiatric illness with or without medications
