Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status 1 patients of either sex. 2.Age between 18-50 yrs. 3.Scheduled for elective perianal surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients other than ASA physical status 1. 2.Patients with chronic headache. 3.Previous history of PDPH. 4.Patients on antiepileptic or antipsychotic drugs. 5.Patients on long term NSAIDS. 6.Pregnancy and lactation. 7.Weight >70 Kg. 8.Any other contraindications for subarachnoid block. 9.Patients who have undergone previous spine surgeries.
