Interventions

Intervention1: Yoga Group: Yoga Group who had more than 12 months experience. Control Intervention1: Control Group: Participants who had no experience of any form of yoga in last 6 months.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We included right-handed participants with normal or normal to corrected vision who exhibited a willingness to participate in the study. Yoga group participants have more than 12-year experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with color blindness, current or past neurological disorder, psychiatric disorders, learning disability, or having any medicine were excluded from the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Positive State of Mind Scale (PSOM), 2. Color-Word Stroop Task.Timepoint: Yoga group underwent for 1-month Om meditation orientation class whereas no intervention to non-yoga practitioners. The primary outcome were assessed immediately before and after 20 min meditation
