Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pateints who will be are Sonologically diagnosed cases of PCOD. 2.Patients presenting with granthibhutaarthava dusti(clots). 3.Patients with age group betweenâ?? 18-35years. 4.Patients either Married & Un-married will be included 5.Patients having either Regular /Irregular menstrual history. 6.Patients having Dysmenorhea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pt k c o endocrine disorders 2.Pt with systemic illness like HTN DM 3.Pt having abnormal menstural history other tan pcod

1.Research hypothesis may be true.i.e significant effect may be seen 2.Menstrual regularity.will be seen who had previous history of irregularity menstrual 3.Change in ovarian morphology.is seen ,ovarian volume , size of follicles may reduce Timepoint: 3 months
