Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic kidney disease of different etiology, before ESRD. 2.Patient not on any renal replacement therapy. 3.Age Ë? 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute on Chronic Kidney Disease. 2.Pregnancy. 3.Psychotic patients. 4.Critically ill patients. 5.HIV/HBsAg /Anti-HCV and immune-compromised patients. Patient on any form of Renal Replacement Therapy.

1.Haemogram 2.Blood Glucose- Fasting & Post Prandial 3.Total Urine Protein (TUP) in 24 hour sample. 4.Blood Urea 5.Serum Creatinine 6.Estimated GFR(ml/min per 1.73 m2) 7.Serum Ca++ 8.Serum Electrolytes ( Na+ , K+ )Timepoint: 0,4,8 and 12 weeks
