Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing recreational badminton players. Individuals who have been playing badminton for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent shoulder injury. Shoulder pain. Shoulder surgery in the past 12 months affecting performance. Presence of muscle soreness Skin allergy to adhesive material. Any musculoskeletal problems affecting the performance.
