Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed patients showing clinical or radiological evidence of tuberculous spinal involvement/Potts spine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients already on anti-tubercular regimen for more than 1-2 weeks. 2.Patient is a relapsed case of tuberculosis. 3.Patient not willing for treatment/investigation.
