Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1- 3 patients undergoing major surgeries under general anaesthesia with mechanical Ventilation requiring central venous cannulation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Depth of subclavian vein from skin is above 4 cm and patients with fracture clavicle, bleeding disorders. coagulopathy, infection at the site of cannulation and underlying lung pathologies like haemothorax, pneumothorax.
