Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both genders (Male and Female). 2. No prior exposer to Sudarshan Kriya in last 6 months 3. Age group 18-24 years. 4. Willing participant in the study. 5. Mentally and physically healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any mental and, physical disturbance. 2. Any injury or surgery which restricted them to practice Sudarshan Kriya. 3. Neurological problem.
