Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective minor and intermediate duration surgery requiring general anaesthesia (lasting 15-120 minutes) ASA Physical Status 1 and 2 Modified Mallampati Class I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients at risk of regurgitation or aspiration Patients with upper respiratory tract infection Patients with body mass index (BMI) >= 35kg/m2 Patients predicted to have difficult airway
