Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with active pulmonary TB, latent TB, successfully treated TB and healthy controls as per the standard definitions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Pregnant women, patients with HIV/AIDS, autoimmune disorders, malignancy, patients on chemotherapy or radiotherapy b. Extra-pulmonary TB

| ICCFC may be used as a discriminating test between active and latent TB. This will have important implications in identifying individuals with latent TB for preventive chemotherapy. Additionally, a biomarker based test for active TB is much needed to close the diagnostic gap and delay in TB diagnosis.Timepoint: 9 months | — |
