Inclusion criteria: Post operative patients with intracranial tumor Verbel response 4 or 5 GCS 14 or 15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers with communication disability Post-operative patients of intracranial tumor with all physical and psychological co-morbidities
