Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Secondary school children studying in 8th, 9th and 10th standard from selected English Medium schools. 2)Secondary school children who will be present in the school during the time of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Those who are having any physical problem or any illness which affects there physical activity. o Secondary children who are not willing to take part in the study.

The findings of the study will assess the physical activity level and whether the activity reaches the standard set by WHO and the relationship between the physical activity and energy expenditure. It will determine the amount of energy expenditure is appropiate according to the age. It can aid in improving the physical activity of the students.Timepoint: one time or once
