Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in chronic phase Age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on concurrent medications affecting imatinib drug levels 2. Patients who have been priorly treated outside with Imatinib before referral to our institute 3. Patients in whom compliance is not assured 4. Patients in accelerated phase or blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia as per the WHO definition
