Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with COPD grade 2 and grade 3 (GOLD criteria) presenting with symptoms of acute exacerbations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with severe COPD and requiring ventilation in next 2 hours. subjects with respiratory failure and altered sensorium. subjects with TB, Bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma. subjects with clinical evidence of CVA, CAD, Renal dysfunction, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus.
