Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18-75 years. American Society Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1 or 2. Patients scheduled to undergo various elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent head and neck surgery. Inability to open the mouth ( ASA class 3 â?? 4. Pregnancy. Edentulous patients. Head and neck gross external anatomical deformities. Head and neck trauma /swelling/causing airway deformity Refusal to give consent for study.

| Primary objective is to study and compare the accuracy of Acromioaxillosuprasternal notch index with upper lip bite test and modified Mallampati test to predict difficult laryngoscopy and intubationTimepoint: Airway tests will be done half an hour before start of anesthesia.Ease of mask ventillation will be assesed at the induction of anesthesia.Coramack lehane grading will be assessed 3 minutes after induction of anesthesia during laryngoscopy. | — |
