Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18yrs 2.Patients with BIVENTRICULAR DYSFUCTION i.e ( LVSF and RVSF 3.Patients on optimal maximal medical therapy 4.Reversible causes of cardiomyopathy ruled out 5.Non revascularizable CAD( on basis of viability testing or coronary vessels not suitable for PTCA or grafting)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other associated co morbidities which affect the pulmonary artery pressure and RVEF like COPD, connective tissue disorder, CTEP, valvular heart disease, OSA
