Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients undergoing radical cystectomy with orthotopoic neobladder (either ileal or large intestine) in our institution will be enrolled in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participation consent not given 2 History of psychiatric disorder 3 Alcohol or substance abuse 4 Cognitive morbidity i.e. dementia, alzheimerâ??s disease. 5 Additional oncologic disease
