Intervention1: Miller group: Miller group- Patients would be intubated using Miller group. Control Intervention1: Mac group: Mac group- children would be intubated using macintosh group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children <2 years undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases of anticipated difficult airway, having congenital malformations, symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux or reactive airway disease, ASA >3, prematurity or history of neonatal icu admission were excluded.
