Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are posted for Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery and referred for physiotherapy by the Cardiac Surgeon.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable hemodynamic parameters (arterial pressure 2.Patients with postoperative complications and undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) or non-invasive mechanical ventilation (NIV) for a period exceeding 24 hours after admission to the intensive care unit. 3.Cognitively impaired, uncooperative patients or patients unable to understand/use the device properly. 4.Patients with inadequate inspiration characterized by vital capacity
