Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with uncorrected cleft lip/palate. Patients posted for elective cleft lip/palate reconstructive surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents/guardians who do not give consent. 2. Patients who have difficulat bag and mask ventilation. 3. Patients with supraglottic mass lesions. 4. Patients with hemodynamic instability. 5. Patients with recent upper respiratory tract infections. 6. Patients with coagulation disorders.
