Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a)Normal pregnancies between 18- 20 weeks of gestation. (b) Age range between 18 to 40 years. (c) Second trimester & third trimester and First pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a)Any clinical abnormalities, medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension etc. (b)Psychiatric illness. (c)Multiple pregnancies, maternal physical abnormalities, first trimester, second and third pregnant, fatal abnormality and (d)Previous exposure to Yoga or vigorous physical exercises.
