Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Senior Secondary schools of Shimla city. 2 Those schools not participating in any other health intervention study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Those schools which do not give consent to participant. b) Students studying in selected schools suffering from any severe physical and mental diseases.

To study the change between intervention and control cluster schools on practice of health risk behaviors which is a composite of consumption of healthy diets i.e consumption of green leafy vegetables and fruits 5 times in a day, doing moderate to vigorous activity for 60 minutes 5 days in a week ,quitting of tobacco and alcoholTimepoint: consumption of green leafy vegetbles and fruits 5 times in a day:1 year 60 minutes of MVPA:after1 Year of intervention Quitting of tobacco and alcohol:1 year of intervention

To assess the change in knowledge,attitude of health risk behaviors and change in mean levels of cardio metabolic risk factors such as blood pressure, body mass index,waist circumference,blood sugar,lipid profileTimepoint: consumption of green leafy vegetables and fruits 5 times in a day:6 months 60 minutes of MVPA:after6 months of intervention Quitting of tobacco and alcohol:1 year of intervention reduce consumption of junk food, sweetened drinks:6 months scrren time to less than 2 hours per day:1 year of intervention
