Inclusion criteria: Posted for elective Laproscopic surgery under General anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with presence of infection on the dorsum of non-dominant hand Patients with thin dorsal veins Patients with known hypersensitivity to Propofol, Ondensetron and Palonosetron
