Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the mRNA and protein expression of GRP78 in tumor and adjacent non malignant kidney tissue of RCC patients and compare the levels. -To study the expression of GRP78 in serum of RCC patients and compare with age and gender matched controls. - To correlate the levels of GRP78 with stage and grade of RCC.Timepoint: 2 year
