Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing students of selected nursing college present at the time of data collection and willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: students who are under treatment and taking any form of medication for anxiety or sleeping pattern and practicing any form of meditation and yoga
