Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children clinically diagnosed with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. 2. Children with all degrees of impaired hand function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received botulinum toxin therapy in upper extremity musculature within past 6 months. 2. Any medications such as barbiturates, anti-spastic drugs. 3. Uncontrolled epilepsy, contractures, fixed flexion deformity of elbow, shoulder, visual problems. 4. Any recent surgical intervention of hand. 5. Children with erbâ??s palsy or brachial plexus injury.
