Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all pregnant females coming for elective cesarean section under sub arachnoid block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergency cesarean section, patient who have not given consent

we want to observe weather there is any effect of uterine size on intra operative hemodynamicsTimepoint: from administration of the local anaesthetic in to the subarachnoid space till the baby is delivered

MeasureTime frame
is the fall of blood pressure is significant is it effecting the APGAR of the babyTimepoint: from injection of local anaesthetic in to sub arachnoid space to the baby delivery time.
