Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Secondary data: Data for 9 High Focus States have been included in the study as they still contribute to the high rate of MMR, IMR and TFR in the country under National Health Mission. (ii) Quality Assessment: Interviews will be conducted with ANMs, ASHAs, AWWs, Staff Nurses, Medical Officers who are willing to participate after written Informed consent. Checklist for Interaction with ANM, ASHA, Staff Nurse and Checklist for Observation of VHND and Assessment of Health Facility will be used.
