Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed cases of Diabetes Mellitus 2. Known cases of Diabetes Mellitus with uncontrolled blood sugar with their current medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient having complication of Diabetes Mellitus 2. patient suffering from brittle diabetes 3. patient with past history of IHD, MI, CVA 4. patient with poorly controlled Hypertension that is 160/100 mm / Hg 5. Patient with serious systemic diseases 6. Pregnant lady / Lactating mother / gestational Diabetes patient 7. Patient who are taking steroids, OC pills, on Hormone Replacement Therapy 8. patient with hypersensitivity to any ingredients of trial drug
