Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Willing to participate in the study, 2) reported low back pain in last 6 months 3) both genders will be assessed for attention, 4) who will be ready to undergo decided intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those whose age will be less than 30 years and over 50 years, 2) not having back pain, 3) suffering from other complications such as Asthma, CVD etc., and 4) under medications will be excluded from this study
