Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: those who are fit for rasayana and virechana , BMD t score of more than -2.5 using peripheral densitometry (pDXA scan of heel bone)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mentally unsound and illiterate, Pregnant and puerperal women, Known case of bone T.B, bone neoplasm, bone fracture, uncontrolled cases of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, osteogenesis imperfecta and such other hereditary diseases, hyperthyroidism and hyperparathyroidism, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, menorrhagia. patients who are on treatment with corticosteroids
