Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective Direct Visual Internal Urethrotomy (DVIU) 2.Age between 30-50 years 3.ASA grade 1 and 2 4.Those who are willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient contraindicated to subarachnoid block. 2.Known digestive pathology predisposing to PONV. 3.Enrolement in other study.
